Care by Volvo is a flexible car subscription service from Volvo Cars – allowing customers access to pre-built cars or configuration cars.
Subscriptions carry on month-to-month until 3-months notice is given but the benefit to the Volvo service is that you will get full access to the Volvo range of cars, Volvo on Call is included as well as routine servicing through Volvo Dealerships.
Care by Volvo offers a great range of Plugin-Hybrid and Pure Electric vehicles.
Ordering can be done online via their website, by choosing a car, mileage package and then continuing to the application form.
As part of the application process, Care by Volvo will perform a credit check and identity-verification.
You can choose a ready-to-deliver car and get it delivered in one month (while stocks last) or choose a personalised car and get it delivered in 3-8 months
Maintenance, tax, warranty, breakdown cover and insurance is included.
Care by Volvo doesn´t charge a refundable deposit as security, but they will take the first monthly subscription fee as a prepayment.
The first 30 days of the Care by Volvo subscription includes insurance (subject to meeting Care by Volvo’s eligibility criteria), thereafter you can choose to continue with your Care by Volvo insurance, or choose to buy your own. The cost of Care by Volvo insurance varies depending on several factors – namely the vehicle you choose, your age, driving experience and where the vehicle is to be kept.

You are required to give 3-months notice to terminate your Care by Volvo Car Subscription.

Great simple online process, had to jump through a few hoops at the beginning but now driving a nice shiny Volvo XC40.
Long wait times but a Volvo supplied vehicle. It is pretty new so the customer service isn't quite there yet, but can't complain. Little more than I was paying for a short-term car lease.

I had subscribed Volvo car, it’s now almost three months, no news, at the time of subscription, and I was advised that car is available in stock & can be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, I have now cancelled the subscription. Good luck on selling cars on subscription. Went to Lexus Twickenham, paid the deposit, on Monday & got car on Friday, happy customer. Thumbs down Volvo, you can do batter.
