Drive Car Flex – Car Subscriptions have over 100 brand new and nearly new vehicles based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and can be taken for a minimum period of 1 month and you can keep the same vehicle for up to 12 months, without those awkward swap overs.
Part of Cocoon Vehicles, a reputable and long-established company, the Drive Car Flex Subscription scheme is part of a partnership formed with a flexi-rental firm based in Yorkshire, but with the help and support of the systems provided by Cocoon.
All of the car subscriptions include rental, maintenance, road fund licence, vehicle warranty and 24hr breakdown assistance. All the customer has to do is provide is insurance and fuel/electric.

The cost of the documentation fee is currently listed as £195 plus VAT but it does vary from vehicle to vehicle. Other fees such as delivery may apply. If you are based in the Yorkshire region, delivery costs are free and this also covers England and Wales.
They do charge fees for administration charges should you receive a parking or speeding ticket.
Excess mileage charges also apply but additional mileage is reasonable should you need to upgrade your car subscription service.

To terminate your car subscription, 5 working days notice is required via an online form. An appointment must be made to return the vehicle back to Leeds. They can also arrange collection for a fee.
Upgrades and downgrades are available, delivery/collection fee still applies.
You will only be charged for the time in the vehicle, unlike other car subscription services.

Enquired about the a Polestar on the Monday and collected it realtively easily from Leeds on the Thursday. Idiot proofed the whole process for me and they drill in about how the car needs to be returned and any additional costs that may be occured. Nice to deal with an honest company and love the car, although charging it can prove a pain.

Drive Car Flex is part of Cocoon Vehicles, I'm not sure if the prices are different or not, but chose Drive Car Flex as I live in Leeds. Car delivery was within 3 days of me applying, the Mercedes EQA was brand new and only had 46 miles on the clock. Been driving it 4 months now and love it. Customer support is excellent.

Apart from getting a bill for poor previous repair alloys, the overall service has been excellent. My only tip is don't get your alloys repaired via a back street garage.
