At this moment in time, we understand that elmo are contacting existing customers about the return of their vehicles. This could result in an early termination for many who have chosen to opt into a 12 month minimum commitment, but elmo will not apply a surcharge.
Yes, it is understood that when the vehicle is returned back to elmo the car will still undergo an assessment as per the terms and conditions of the car subscription contract. Therefore, if you have damage outside of their return standards, you will be liable to settle these charges.
