Whilst our website is more geared for car subscriptions, our vehicle subscription suppliers do get asked about commercial vehicles. We’re here to tell you that Van Subscriptions is a thing!
There are quite a few benefits to van subscriptions over standard van rental, so we’re going to cover a few of these and let you know which providers offer commercial vehicles on these schemes.

Benefits of a Van Subscription
Here are a few of the positive benefits of taking out a van subscription:
Cost
Van Subscriptions can work out cheaper than traditional daily rental companies, however, some providers may want to sign you into a longer-term contract to get the best prices. It is a good idea to work out how long you will need the vehicle for and compare the prices with the likes of Hertz, Europcar and Enterprise van rentals.
Flexibility
Choose the right van subscription provider and you’ll be able to turn your commercial vans on and off like a light switch, with many of the major subscription companies offering month-to-month contracts. These are ideal for those who have a short-term project or are a seasonal business.
One Payment
One monthly payments covers all of the essentials such as breakdown assistance, warranty and routine services. All you’ll need to provide is fully comprehensive insurance and fuel.
Quick Delivery
With many of the vehicle subscription providers holding physical stock, many of the vans can be delivered within a week, helping you expand your fleet with ease.

Flexed which is part of Autohorn in York offer commercial vehicles on a 28-day rolling contract and with the ability to bolt on fully comprehensive insurance where available.
They have a great range of quality vans including the brand new Volkswagen Caddy and Transporter, to the Toyota Hilux pickup truck. With in-stock vehicles Flexed can deliver your shiny van within a week. Collection from their York site is also available.

Mycardirect offers a service called Myvandirect, a service enabling you to subscribe to a van for a period of 1 to 24 months. All-inclusive package offering maintenance, MOT, tyre replacements and road tax. All you need to provide is fully comprehensive insurance.
Currently in their inventory for quick delivery is the Vauxhall Combo Cargo and the Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer Select. Rolling month contracts can be pricey, so it may be a good idea to gauge how long the vehicle is required for to get the best price.
Wagonex
No stranger to subscriptions, Wagonex offers a range of commercial vehicles on their subscription schemes. At the time of writing the Vauxhall Combo Cargo and the Volkswagen Transporters are showing on their website.
Not all of the vehicles are new, but Wagonex states that each vehicle is checked over before handover to the customer. Rolling contracts can prove quite expensive, we would recommend aiming for commitments of 3 months plus to get the best prices.
