Cazoo have finally answered a few questions with regards to its closing car subscription programs. Where possible we will try and keep our readers and Cazoo subscribers up to date.

Cazoo No Longer Offering Subscriptions

With a clear notice on Cazoo’s website, the company has confirmed that they are no longer offering car subscriptions and offers a few Questions and Answers for those in an existing agreement.

As Cazoo have now closed their car subscription program, it is now no longer possible to take out a new agreement. Cazoo do offer a great range of used cars which you can purchase or finance all on their website.

You can also use the compare car subscription page to find a new provider.

Your current subscription with Cazoo will continue to run as per the terms and condition of your agreement. This means that your car is due back at the end of the subscription period.

All of their processes will remain as per normal when it comes to the returns process.

At the moment, Cazoo are asking you to get in touch with their customer service team if you are looking to cancel your subscription. Their contact number is 020 3901 3488 and their opening hours are currently 7 days per week, 8am to 8pm.

It is possible to get another car from Cazoo, but you will have to purchase it or finance it via their website. Cazoo have a wide range of used cars available and its worth seeing if purchasing your next car is a viable option.

The benefit of Cazoo is that you can do everything from your home and they will deliver the used car to your door.

As part of a huge cost saving exercise, Cazoo has ended it’s car subscription programs to concentrate on its used car business. All existing car subscription agreements will be honoured.
